WoW! Fund

The Ministry of Manpower and NTUC/SNEF have 2 grants to support organizations who are interested in implementing Work-life strategies or Flexi-Work for employees. Check out the Ministry of Manpower website if you would like to have more information. If not, you could read up the following basic information on the WoW! Fund and the Flexi-Work! Fund.

WoW! Fund

• A total cap of $20,000 available for organizations (private or non-profit organizations) with minimum staffing of 5 persons
• There are 2 tranches of payment on certain terms of fulfillment in the Work-life project.
• It is a co-funding of 80-20 with company payable of 20%.
• Organization can only apply once to the grant.
• The grant can be used to purchase equipment, work-life consultancy and training, lactation room, etc.
• The organization has to appoint and train Work-life leader(s) and a Work-life champion to support the project.

Flexi-Work! Fund

• The aim of the Flexi-Works! Fund is to help companies recruit economically inactive individuals who have not been gainfully employed for the past 6 months, aged 30 and above who are Singapore citizens or Singapore PRs back to the workforce. These staff could opt for flexible work arrangements such as part-time work.
• It provides a grant of up to $100,000 per company, at $1200 per worker.
• The fund can be used to fund recruitment, job redesign, training, absentee payroll for training and certain equipment.
